Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bizou. By using Bizou or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

1. About Bizou

Bizou is a career intelligence service that produces personalized career reports based on user-provided data (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio, questionnaire). Bizou is currently in pre-launch (waitlist) phase.

2. Nature of the service — informational only

Bizou reports are informational. They do not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, financial advice, or guarantees about employment, salary, or any future outcomes. Career decisions are yours alone, made with full responsibility for the consequences.

Bizou uses AI models (large language models) to generate analysis. AI output may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or interpretation errors. Reports should be considered one input among many, not authoritative truth.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist creates no obligation, financial or otherwise, on either party. You will receive at most one launch notification email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Future paid service

When Bizou launches the paid service, additional terms specific to payment, refunds, data processing, and service delivery will apply. These terms will be presented before you make any purchase.

Pricing announced on the waitlist (€29 launch price) is indicative and may change. The exact price at the moment of purchase will always be disclosed before you pay.

5. Intellectual property

The Bizou name, design, code, and brand are the property of Bizou. You retain full ownership of any content you submit (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio data). We use your data only to generate your report and improve the service in aggregate, anonymous form.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit data that does not belong to you (e.g., someone else's LinkedIn or GitHub)
• Use Bizou to harass, defame, or harm any individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service or scrape data
• Use automated tools to interact with Bizou without permission

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, Bizou is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The total liability of Bizou, if ever applicable, is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (currently €0 for waitlist members).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brussels.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as Bizou evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.

This is a working document and will be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.
